To reach support, log into your account at https://members.ivy.co/ and click the Support icon on the bottom left of the screen.
Do I still have a dedicated support person?
Currently, all of your support questions will go to a dedicated team of experts who can best assist Ivy designers.
Why did you change your support process?
We made this change to provide all of our designers with the same support experience. This change allowed us to get you connected to the right person for your particular request to provide the best service possible.
What is the fastest way to get in touch with someone?
The fastest way to get in touch with a member of our support team is to log into your account and click on the support icon at the bottom left of the screen. When clicking on the support icon, you’ll have the option to search our help center for answers or contact our support team. Click on "Contact Support" and choose the category you would like to receive help in.
Why am I seeing a bounce back when I email my Ivy rep?
To ensure that support requests are prioritized and responded to in a timely manner, our support team receives requests from the support form in your account. They will no longer receive a direct email message. For the fastest answer to your question or request, contact the support team through the support icon in your account.
What if I can’t log in to my account?
If you can not log into your account please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and a member of our support team will get back to you.
What about QBO support?
Quickbooks support is still available for designers who integrated Ivy with QuickBooks Online. For Quickbooks related questions, click on the support icon in your Ivy account. Click on “Contact Support” at the bottom.
Select “Quickbooks Online”
Select a category
Describe your issue and press “Submit”.
