With the launch of Ivy in Australia, more designers can benefit from improved productivity and efficiency in their day-to-day. Are you a designer in Australia? Below is everything you need to know.

Which functionalities are currently available for Ivy Australia?

Ivy members in Australia will be able to enjoy all of the platform’s functionalities except for the QuickBooks Online integration. 

Taxes are different in Australia, will this be customized?

Absolutely, designers located in Australia will receive a predefined list of two available tax rates Australia.

The available tax rates are as follows:

  • GST 10%
  • Zero rated 0%

Will I be able to join the Ivy Facebook community?

Of course! All of our members have the opportunity to join our community upon signing up to Ivy. 

Can my clients pay me online?

Absolutely! Online payments are currently available for Australian designers by credit card only. There will be a processing fee of 2.5%.

What if i’m a Australian member with an existing US account?

Existing Ivy members who are based in Australia have the option of either keeping their account or creating a new one. Since not all of the information will be able to transfer to the new account Ivy will keep the old account live for a limited amount of time. 

Please contact your account manager if you already have an Ivy account and are interested in creating a new one. 

I am located in Australia, will I still be able to get email/phone support?
