Which functionalities are currently available for Ivy UK?

Ivy members in the UK will be able to enjoy all of the platform’s functionalities except for the QuickBooks Online integration. 

Taxes are different in the UK, will this be customised?

Absolutely, UK designers will receive a predefined list of available tax rates in the UK.

The available UK tax rates are as follows:

  • Standard rate 20%
  • Reduced rate 5%
  • Zero rated 0%

Will I be able to join the Ivy Facebook community?

Of course! All of our members have the opportunity to join our community upon signing up to Ivy. 

Can my clients pay me online?

Absolutely! Online payments are currently available for UK designers by credit card only. There will be a processing fee of 2.5%.

Does Ivy offer QuickBooks Online or Xero integration?

Ivy currently offers QuickBooks Online integration in the US only. We hope to make QBO and Xero integrations available in the near future.

What if i’m a UK member with an existing US account?

Existing Ivy members who are based in the UK have the option of either keeping their account or creating a new one. Since not all of the information will be able to transfer to the new account Ivy will keep the old account live for a limited amount of time. 

Please contact your account manager if you already have an Ivy account and are interested in creating a new one. 

I am located in the UK, will I still be able to get email/phone support?

Yes! Ivy has dedicated support team located in the UK. Reach out to support@ivy.co
