You can see a summary of all the payments you've received from clients.
- Click on "Projects" in the left sidebar menu
- Click "All Projects" at the top of the menu
- Click on the Payments tab
Once you’ve selected the Payments tab, you’ll be able to see important financial details and can search or filter the results to suit your needs.
At the top of the page, you’ll find a summary of your payments including: total received/paid, total applied and total balance. You can filter the view by year and income/expense.
The table features a detailed view of each payment. You can sort your payments according to payment type, client, date of payment, amount paid, balance and amount applied. Use the search to find exactly what you’re looking for. For example, if you’re looking for all payments made by a specific client, search by that client’s name.
If a payment was applied to more than one document, you’ll see an information icon. Click the icon to see a full payment breakdown. You’ll see the relevant documents, the amount applied and date. You can click the document link to be taken to the relevant proposal, invoice, retainer request or purchase order.
