Here's how you can delete an invoice, proposal, or PO that has not been paid:
If a payment was received or recorded on the document, you will not be able to delete the document. If it was a payment you recorded manually, you can delete the payment and then you'll be able to delete the document. If you received/made the payment online via Ivy, you will not be able to delete this document. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance.
