If you are the account administrator or if the account administrator has enabled you to have access to Quickbooks Management in Ivy, you are able to see if a document has been synced to your Quickbooks account by looking for the green or red QB icon at the top of your Ivy document.
If the "QB" button is green that means the document has successfully synced to QB.
If the "QB" button is red the document failed to sync. You can click on the "QB" button to run the diagnostic tool and see why your document isn't syncing. You can check your mapping from Ivy to Quickbooks in order to see if that is preventing the sync.
