Let's get your client and vendor information into your Ivy account! Follow these easy steps to get started: 


How do I import my list of clients?

  1. Download the excel file available to you directly in the Clients page (available in the dropdown in the top right hand corner - next to the "Add Client" button)
  2. Input your client data into the Ivy template (do no tamper with the template)
  3. Use the import action directly in the Clients page
  4. If there are any issues in the import process, you will be notified directly in Ivy with any errors.


How do I import my list of Vendors?

  1. Download the excel file available to you directly in the Vendors page (available in the dropdown in the top right hand corner - next to the "Add Vendor" button)
  2. Input your vendor data into the Ivy template (do no tamper with the template)
  3. Use the import action directly in the Vendor page
  4. If there are any issues in the import process, you will be notified directly in Ivy with any errors.

*Important to note that you need to be sure to complete name, phone number, and email fields for your document to properly upload*
