You are not able to create sub-projects or merge projects which you have already created. Data cannot be moved from one project to another, if you want to have everything under one project you would need to recreate the data all under the correct project and then archive the extra project you don't need.

We suggest that you create one project per job site, including all rooms under that one project. You can create separate proposals per room if you'd like.
