You can delete clients from your clients list by clicking the trashcan icon to the right of the client you want to delete.   This will remove the client from your clients list so that they're out of view. If you ever need to restore the client, you can click "Show Archived"  next to the search bar at the top of the Clients list and you will be able to restore the client.
