Click on your profile image at the top right of the screen. Select “My Account.” Under “Company Details” you’ll find “VAT Number.” 

Once you add your VAT number, it will appear on all of your Ivy proposals, invoices and retainers for you and your clients to see. If you do not add the VAT to your profile, it will not appear on any documents.
