Follow these easy steps to get started:
How do I import my time entries I logged outside of Ivy?
Download the Excel template file available to you directly in the Time Billing page (available in the dropdown in the top right hand corner - next to the "Add New Entry" button)
Input your time log data into the Ivy template by copying and pasting the data into the relevant columns in our template (do no tamper with the template format or column headers)
Save the template file with your data now in it. You should save it in the same file format it came in (.csv)
Use the import action directly in the Time Billing page (available in the dropdown in the top right hand corner - next to the "Add New Entry" button)
If there are any issues in the import process, you will be notified directly in Ivy with any errors.
If you use HARVEST to track your time, you can actually import your Harvest time sheet directly.
In the Time Billing section, click to open the dropdown in the top right hand corner - next to the "Add new entry" button and select "Import Time Data"
Import the file from Harvest by selecting it from your desktop
If there are any issues in the import process, you will be notified directly in Ivy with any errors.
